AS IS Policy Stinks!

I believe that Ashley Furnitureis "As-Is" plan is unjust to customers. Should you buy something off their shop floor (i.E. Light, carpet, design), you might not return it under any conditions. I experimented with return a carpet and two lights that nevertheless had the Ashley Furniture prices in it plus they wouldn't take them like a return. I invested over $700 for these things. Our ideas altered and that I don't require them anymore. They've never been utilized. I needed them to provide the things in the place of purchasing them off the ground, but which was no alternative. I can not realize why they'll take something which continues to be sent to the customer like a return; although not something which the customer expenditures from the shop floor.

I sent a contact to mjedlowskicustomercare@ashleyfurniture.com and obtained a understated reaction from Shannon Burris the following:

"thanks for the communication. We regret that you simply argue using the character of our ASIS plan. Sadly, components or different As is products CAn't be warrantied, maintained or delivered. We're sorry to possess dropped your company."

It doesn't seem like Ashley Furniture cares about their client, or do they care if their customer actually returns!
