HELP I have been taken and I dont know what to do now

Can someone help me? I am so scared!
I am a 23 year old broke college student. I got their "great" offer in the mail and went for it, I mean Christmas is coming up and I thought that would be a great way to get gifts.

So after i activate my card, i get online to see if they have a website that i can shop from, i type CCA in the search and it brings up this website! I just set this acount up like 2 hours ago, after reading all the postings, i am sick to my stomach.

Please anyone with any ideas please help me!
