I ordered 4 items from John Pinkerton and immediately sent full payment to him via postal money order. Since the items were custom ordered, I was understanding as far as time-frame went, so I only contacted him monthly. After about 3 months, I began inquiring as to a more specific time-frame when I could expect my items. He responded to my e-mails and online posts with promises that he was working through his back log and hoped to get items out to people by the end of the month. After a while he began to make excuses: "my computer was hit with a nasty virus and I lost all my contacts and order information, " et cetera.
