NJ-Cycles Company refuses to send product

I purchased items from this company off a popular auction web sight. I sent payment via postal money order and they cashed it. 2 weeks went by so i contacted them inquiring my items whereabouts. They appologized for the inconvenience and said it would be shipped soon. Now two weeks later still no items. They will not answer my e-mails. They are thieves.
