Annex Marketing Misleading, Scam, hurtful lies as to what possibilities lie ahead. LIE Is the word! Vanessa is Heartless she will lie to your face then have a drink to feel good about it

Vanessa Castaneda Macaffry, Annex Marketing, AMI Which ever name she is using today.
Interviewed and was made promises, work hard, get rewarded. Meaning if I start at entry level and work really hard I can manage my own office. She insists she is opening offices, truth be told she has been in business 3 years and has no other offices, the only office opened went under was in debt before leaving.
You will work long hours 7 AM to 8 PM monday through friday some times weekends, and make little to no money. She won't say this on her website or interview but it is 100% commission based, training bonus all but impossible to hit. Get promoted to leadership invest "MORE" time and make even less, at least the first two weeks they work closely with you to give you the false sense that 200 dollars is just the beginning, once promoted they drop you and only put pressure on you.
MY Last week the biggest check in the entire office was 289 dollars we have 18 in the office, this is when I quit once I saw these are all empy promises, Vanessa rolls in late every morning, expects us to run leaders meeting, yells at us, she is the typical do as I say not as I do. She runs meetings to try and vindicate herself but it's too little too late!
Be cautious if you go on an inerview ask questions, get in writing how much you will make a week you'll need it when you go to court, talk to the newer people not in leadership, ask them how much they make or made in the past week, nobody is buying office supplies, nobody is changing telephone service, you will see allot of businesses every day to sign up 1 if that a day, I am not afraid of hard work but want to be paid for it!
Anything out of Vanessa mouth is a LIE watch her nose grow!
