Accused me of shoplifting when I had the receipts

I bought three gowns from Dillards. Two were bought available plus one was bought online. The gowns were for kids plus they didn't match. I delivered them to some shop in Arlington, Tx, I'd both bills.

The very first sales worker helped me in returning both gowns which were bought available with no challenge. The issue was the gown bought online and he or she didn't understand how to approach the return. I waited for nearly an hour or so in the table, whenever a manger got up and began asking both results. Two cop got up behind me and questioned basically might opt for them towards the back of the shop they had a need to consult with me in regards to a shop-lifting criticism.

I had been shocked after I described the problem and created equally bills they I would like to pursue an extended dialogue using the store-manager. It seems when an item is delivered it moves from the worker who initially offered you them, which revenue worker had worked earlier that evening. Dillards was blaming me of getting delivered the gowns earlier within the day then taking the exact same gowns and attempting to return them another time for you to the exact same shop on a single time.

They apologized and escorted me from the shop. I named in a towards the corporate head-quarters and also the reaction was that it had been an easy error on Dillards account.
