First it took PERMANENTLY to contact customer support regarding my purchase which was on-hold. They don't reply emails. Then after I obtained the sneakers 7 days later, these were not those my boy desired. I attempted to "complete" their return authorization request type as directed on the site, however it won't allow you to. I tried calling, but no body replies or calls back. I attempted emai, but no body replies. I actually attempted their recommended 'LIVE-CHAT" however the image stated "SORRY LIVE-CHAT VISITED SLEEPING." Using the economy the way in which it's nowadays, there must be greater support!
