Dishonest and frustrating

I've had a merchant account at Fidelity for several years and contains been annoying. The sellers have grown to be high stress, having your money from the account is challenging - I've needed to contact the chairman's workplace 3x to obtain my cash, plus they ask you for to shut your consideration. I'm shutting my bill this month.
