Mitchell N Kay Law Offices Of Mitchell N Kay Direct-Tv, ripoff scam, fraudulent billing, runaround and they know it! Lets just send the bill to everyone to see who will pay! Consumer fraud, harassment!

Received a bill from Direct Tv, stating I owed them 80.03 on an overdue account. Called the local Direct Tv call center in Boise, where we were able to determine that the alledged person who owes the bill has the same name, but a different phone number, physical address and SSN. I told Direct Tv that I had never used their services, and was told that the matter would be taken care of, now that they knew they had the wrong person. The call center representative told me that they sent out letters to everyone with the same name in hopes of finding the person (s) that owed the bill. Never gave this another thought, matter resolved.

Wrong!

Today I receive a collection notice from the Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay, for the 80.03 owed to Direct Tv! Deciding something was smelling rotten, I did a search on Mr. Kay's name, and low and behold, his name leads me to this site. I WILL be contacting the Attorney General of Idaho, Better Business Bureau, and all credit reporting agencies to get this resolved.
