Total rip off

We closed a deal with this specific organization 11 weeks before to complete an advertisment in a nearby Mall for 12 months on the Television monitor. It has NEVER occurred. We named the mall to discover why it isn't operating any advertisements and were informed that Plasmedia hasn't compensated their statement so that they have already been unplugged. Noone in the organization may return e-mails or telephone calls. The price was $4995. That will be a complete ripoff.
