Brian D. Kimmel Sr. - Joel H. Mitchell Company will not honor contract, Equiptment turned off for non payment to Mall

Ad equipment is broken. They did not pay there bill so the machine advertising our ad has never worked. They will not return phone call to resolve.

6/10/08 Signed contract
6/16/08 faxed approval for my Discover Credit Card to be charged. Spoke with Amelia Antle and faxed to her in the amt of $4995.00
8/18/08 Ad was not as big as shown to us in pictures. Was also not located in the foodcourt where told. Located on sidewalk outside the shops. Picture poor quality. Emailed Megan Moore, No response
9/17/08 Inaccurate info in email received from Brian Kimmell, No response to my email
2/20/09 Plasma TV has been OFF since our ad started to run in Sept 08
3/05/09 Plasma TV has been off each time I go by to look. Spoke with Tiffany Sims at First Colony Mall she stated the TV has been off since Feb. 19 due to non payment from Plasmedia
3/5/09 Spoke with Lisa Peters at Plasmedia she told me the add was running she will check with the technical department and get back with me. NEVER received a response. (It is still not workign)
3/5/09 Email sent to Brian Kimmell with Plasmedia requesting refund. No response.
05/11 As of today the TV is still not working.
