Momotronics and platium safety security alarm are terrible businesses! The salesman that ended by my house just about forced me into obtaining platium safety security alarm! They mounted it that day-but I've not had the opportunity to make use of it do to some phony voice-command about the program. It claims garage door available when triggered we don't possess a storage. After I named I acquired the run-around changed to differnt people subsequently informed to alter the batteries! We're not able to start the system. I named again to no avail simply got the run-around! I withheld 30 days cost since we cannot make use of the program! Was harassed by monotronics, they kept calling my home saying i owed 2 weeks I've show i just owed 30 days! I discussed why I've not compensated Jan. 2010 cost and was handed a run-around again between monotronics and platiumprotection! Was told nothing might be completed concerning the issue and that I needed to spend 2 weeks owed before something might be completed or an specialist sent to check on the machine! Or i can spend $2000.00 plus they might come obtain the system but require the cash in advance. Please don't try thses businesses! I'm obtaining a your hands on the b.B.B. Of kansas! I settled the two weeks after I got my Feb. 2010 statement but no body has arrived at examine the machine and today i obtain a voice-activated phone saying i owe income! Considering obtaining a lawyer!
