Rep Processed Order for wrong Item

Have been trying fo two days without swuccess to correct your Rep's error.
My order was suppose to be for a COUNTER HEIGHT, Med Oak table with 4 chairs. That IS NOT what the order turned out to be.
The order has been issued to the warehouse with a shipment date of June 18. I need to change the order to the COUNTER HEIGHT table. Have emailed several times and called and was unable or prevented from speaking with someone concerning this problem.

Tomorrow Friday after 12:00 noon if I have not resolved this situation to my satisfaction I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General. I certainly hope someone will take a few minutes to solve my problem as I do not want to take the complaint action. It is entirely up to you!
