Unfullfilled Order of Pool Table!

I ordered a pool table online from pooltablesdirect.com on 10/29/08. It was suppose to take about 2 weeks because it was an in-stock table. Wife Called and followed up on 11/26/08. Was told that there were issues with the particular table I ordered and they were all damaged from the manufacturer.
12/2/08 - Called again after the Thanksgiving Holidays and someone told her that they can't seem to track the order and someone would call her back. No one called her back that day.
12/8/08 - I called and spoke to a Rob Martin and he stated that there seems to be a problem with that order and that he would research and call me back later that day. Needless to say, he didn't call me back. So I called back late that day and got him again. He stated that there is a back order on that table from their warehouse in CA. After grilling him and really displaying my dissatisfaction and the fact that we never received the gas card, he offers me the Avondale table which appears to be a more expensive table.
He stated that this table can ship within 2 days from their warehouse in North Texas and be at my home by Friday 12/12/08. He gave me his cell phone# (817-658-1438) to call him direct and that he was the General Manager.
Needless to say, Friday came and no table. I called him around 4:00 pm on Friday 12/12 and he had another excuse.
Well, to sum it all up, after making countless calls to them, I finally got a tracking number and tracked the table to a particular delivery company. Received most parts of the table on 12/29/08. Now they can not be reached at any of their phone number, by email nor by fax. I paid for installation and haven't received it. I haven't received the $100 gas car, not my pool light. I have a hunk of just laying all over my game room floor with missing parts, etc.
