Bad company to deal with

I bought 9 metal trusses from Reid Steel Truss and you will find videos welded towards the lower wire of every truss for braces that link the trusses together. On 7 of the 9 trusses these videos arrange completely, but on 2 of these they're out-of positioning so poorly the braces can not be set in. I approached Gary Reid and informed him of the issue and he explained he'd deliver the videos I required and he'd spend anyone to weld them on. I delivered photos that obviously display the videos aren't where they must be, now he claims we did not place the trusses together properly. Our company visited their office, about the vehicle that selected them up, and was informed just how to place them together, which there is just one way they may be set together and anything secure up. H Reid will not acknowledge they created only a little error and also to deliver the videos that may charge him $20-$30 (shipping included) as well as the welding statement.
