I've been quite a long time client of uBid, investing a few thousand bucks over a 10-12 year time.
Lately, I chose to purchase some mp3 players as presents, and discovered some at uBid.com with reduced starting quote costs. I gained four of those models, in individual deals, all in the starting quote cost, since nobody bet against me.
UBid established I'd gained, and later delivered me USPS tracking numbers. But, as it happens they never shipped the things, they simply released the following numbers. After I reported that I'd not obtained them, they simply ignored me. It got several recurring efforts before they'd actually react, after which they stated they'd simply issue a credit.
This IsN't acceptable. They can't stop a deal simply because I gained in the starting bid value.
They clearly have significantly more in-stock, because they place a number of these models up for market each day.
When I view it, the only real choice I've quit would be to document four grievances using the Federal Trade Commission. Atleast I'll possess the fulfillment of understanding it'll charge them countless occasions just as much in appropriate costs to react to these grievances, as the things they want to cheat me - an extended-period faithful client - from.
Clearly, I'll NEVER purchase from their website again, and might recommend others TO REMAIN FROM UBID.com. They're NOT truthful,, nor actually react to client grievances!
