The floral store named me on January 21st to inform me the driver got dropped and maynot provide the blossoms. They agreed to update my purchase free of charge and provide 24 hours later. I told them that her birthday was around also it was a mute indicate have plants shipped AFTER her birthday. I counter provided when they supplied a birthday agreement shipping FREE OF CHARGE I'd take. They didn't take my present and that I approached the Greater Business Office. I've since been billed the entire quantity of the blossoms on my charge card.
