Jack La Lanne Power Juicer - Rip off False advertising, no information for customer support

Just purchased the Jack LaLanne Power juicer. The product is supposed to be dishwasher safe, with the exception of the base. They are not diswasher safe, one of the parts warped in the dishwasher.
The company does not provide any information for customer support or replacement parts. Were it not for consumer complaints.com, I would have been at a loss as to how to contact this company.
I hope they answere my phone call.
