Unauthorized shipments and charges to credit card

I purchased a Jack LaLanne Juicer from a TV advertisement. I started receiving power supplements which I had not authorized to be sent. There was no information in the box re contacting the sender. Thankfully, my credit card reached its limit and the next charge to my card was declined. It was only at that time I received a letter from them. The contact phone number was incorrect; it brought me to Cabbage Patch dolls. I would like to have the charges removed from my credit card. I have not opened any of these, so they can be returned unopened. However, I am under the impression that because they were sent unsolicited, I can keep them.

I would also like the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer to stop giving out my credit card number. I would be willing to return that also as I am quite miffed over what has happened.
