Ripoff, false advertisement fraudulent billing thief's

As many others did i requested a free online credit report from a pop up, that i seen while surfing the net. I never gave them authorization to bill my credit card for any amount let alone 79.95 for monitoring services that are available for free. This company must be shut down. Can any one help?
