Very rude employees

While visiting buck tree found on 377 killingly saint, there is an older ladies cashing me out who had been really rude in my experience. When nearing the supervisor she nevertheless procide to become rude, the supervisor questioned her to prevent speaking with me and he advised me he'd handel it but anytime no body appologized in my experience. I expected him for his employers quantity he explained it generally does not matter since all of the complaintes undergo him. This isn't the very first time I've had a sproblem within this area the supervisor didn't consider seriouse.
