Worst customer service - Wireless

I went to the Dollar Tree in the shopping plaza in Monroe, NY. The manager was very rude and sarcastic to me. I was there regarding one of his employees who was on shift at the time for my job. He seemed annoyed at my mere presence because the store was not busy nor would I disrupt an employee if it was. When I explained to him my reason for being there he was extremely rude as I tried to keep calm and polite as he made a snide comment to me. I have never been treated like that ever and have worked with customer service and know there are better ways of dealing with situations. I could chalk it up to a bad day but that is no excuse for treatment I received. I would never recommend that place.
