This apartment buildig has attempted to keep up with surrounding downtown clientele however, they're resorted to poor service, cheap labor, shady workers, bad security, incompetent maintenance, disengenuine staff, exorbant prices, and dismissale of tennants.
Beyound this a weird example; beyound the bad reports on the internet LISTEN TO THIS STORY.
Early one quiet morning I couldn't sleep so I walked to the laundry unit on my floor. It was quiet at 5 am. It a small unit w / only space for two washers. However, as I pushed the open I was startled by two sets of legs, intwinded on the floor behind the units. I pushed the door all the way open only to find that they were TWO HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS SLEEPING BEHIND THE DRYERS.
Can't make this stuff up. Front desk informed me that they couldn't help. But if they're bothering you then, "ASK THEM TO LEAVE". True story. Franklin, Silver Spring
