Our 8 year old Greyhound has joint problems associated with her age, we are careful in giving her Previcox and other Meds that have side effects. Happened on the Extendpet ad on a news website, thought what the heck, $3.95 for a trial offer. Product arrived from 14781 Memorial Dr. Box 891 Houston, Texas., no company name.
Well, what a surprise when 2 charges of $79.95 showed up on my credit card statement to a "SUP*CLEANSPRO with OH for Ohio? After the listing. Who could guess the connection? After 5 phone calls dating from February 2nd to the 10th to "customer support" which is "Enado Media LLC 326 Lincoln Road #208 Miami Beach, Fl. 33139 (staffed by East Asians that were nice but could not speak or understand English clearly) I was informed that by accepting the trail offer and not cancelling within 14 days a "contract existed" for 3 shipments. I inquired where this contract was on the webpage, they said under terms and conditions. Sure enough in the smallest print there are the words, "terms and conditions". Guess the old law firm of "Willie, Slickem and Howe" wrote their contract and advised them to hide it. After much difficulty I thought I had canceled the alleged "contract" and would receive a refund for the product. Not so, received another shipment of the product today.
The situation warrants complaints being filed with the Attorney Generals Offices of California, Texas, Florida and Ohio.
