Never got my rebate. I have had my Tracfone for over 1 year and no rebate. Several emails with no response.
I finally got a response when I responded to one of their ads for me to renew. Told them I would not renew. Customer service sent me an email to call them. I have tried several times and never got a real person. Phone message says leave a number for them to call you back. Never got a call back.
If you plan on using Tracfone, don't buy expecting the rebate they promise.
