Horrendous customer service

Don't order from chinavasion! They're the toughest as it pertains to customer support. I requested some Holiday presents (2 products) in early November since on the site it states: "Products are sent from our factory inventory usually within one day of one's purchase cost", this can be a LARGE misconception! 5 times passed and that I needed to deliver them a help solution asking why my purchase was not delivered yet! Within twenty four hours of distributing my solution my purchase was ultimately delivered... TOWARDS THE WRONG HANDLE!!! They delivered my order to some different condition! Obviously, used to do not obtain my purchase until After-Christmas. These were irresponsible within the handling of my purchase since we'd an agreement that my purchase could be in my own fingers within 4-to 8 times of these getting my cost (including fast delivery costs) plus they didn't recognize that contract. I delivered customer care seats about 10 occasions requesting them to return my delivery costs and all I get are "Your apologies, we guarantee to become more cautious as time goes on" reactions. I attempted to talk to administration around three occasions on the "stay" talk and all I get are universal solutions like "we shall email you an answer in your reimbursement demand" and "administration practices are shut now-so you will find no supervisors for you really to consult with". I required to get a supervisor to make contact with me once they were in and all I acquired was an answer stating "I'll attempt but I can not 100% invest in that", which essentially means NO! I'm totally discouraged together and that I feel just like I'm moving in total groups. I actually donot believe Chinavasion completely comprehends what customer support is supposed for. Personally I think when they would like to conduct business around customers they must follow US requirements of Customer Support by which we're familiar with.in america, if your cargo was misdirected because of the mistake of the organization, you'd quickly get your delivery costs returned. Not too with Chinavasion. I will positively state that I'll never again conduct business together and that I desire one to do exactly the same to prevent the strain and complications you will obtain from their customer support division when your purchase go awry like mine did. BEWARE! You've been informed.
