I requested 4 similar rose plans for my loved ones in BC for Christmas. Listed here are the problems I experienced so that as however, haven't obtained any reaction to emails or telephone communications.
Purchase 1:
- Sent to alter shipping day (1 week ahead of time). No reply. Lastly did a Online Chat and had individual verify fresh shipping day (but didn't print-out conversation log). Blossoms nevertheless appeared on unique shipping day. Blossoms were damaged, absent candles, bow, & pinecones, and greenery wasn't diverse.
Purchase 2:
Lacking candles, cones, unique vegetation and ribbons.
Purchase 3:
Lacking candles, no pinecones, and only one kind of greenery.
I had been usually ready to make the journey to an individual easily desired to purchase, but never easily desired to have customer support.
