Fizaa Palace owner is a complusive liar

I ordered an outfit back in October and biggest mistake I made was made the payment in advance. I was suppose to receive it at the end of November and I called them 5 times before they finally said come in to pick up theoutfit.

When I got there they told me there was a "slight mistake" and I am thinking maybe the color isn't exactly the same or something like that, but this was a completely different outfit. I mean mistakes happen so I wasn't upset or anything like that, and I looked around to see if there is anything else I like but I didn't so I asked for the refund.

The lady told me she didn't have the money and she went to the couch and sat down and I am there begging her to give my refund. I am the customer here and I had to beg her to give me the refund for something that they messed up on. Well I told her I will be back in two days to pick up the refund and I called in before I got there too to remind her, but again she said she doesn't have the money.

I drove an hour 3-4 times to get my refund, the fifth time I had someone from school who lives around the store to go pick up the check and the owner harassed the girl and called her names.

I than contacted my bank and filed a dispute, I received the refund, but a month later i noticed the amount for 203.96 was again debited. I again called my bank asking them why they did that. They told me the owner contacted them and told them that they gave me the outfit and I ruined it, but I never ever walked out of that store with any outfit. So I want them to prove that they gave me the outfit, maybe show it in the camera perhaps.

After they debited from my account again, I went back to the store, and the lady harassed my friends and I causing emotional distress and calling my friends and I names. I now need your help and need this to get resolved.
