We ordered our granddaughter a cheerleading outfit from Big Fly Sports. They sent wrong size, and resent another one. Neither fit so as their request we sent both back in the envelope they provided. Now they say they never got either of them back. They want send us the outfit or refund our money. They said we needed a tracking number. They never told us to keep the tracking number before this. Don't use them, they say customer satisfaction but they obviously don't mean it.
