They have charged my account twice after i cancelled my free credit report the very next day i ordered it

I have called the company and demanded my money back. The first gentlemen was alright to deal with. I noticed after all the rip offs i paided more attention to my bank account and noticed i have gotten charged twice for a free credit report that i cancelled the very next day. So i called again and said look i have been charged twice and i demanded my money back for the other charge.
The lady tried arguing with me and told me i got charged once and that was being refunded. That's when i told her i got charged apparently awhile back too. She tried telling me i didn't. Well i told her that's funny because i'm looking at my back account as we speak and i got charged on Jan 30th and on Feb 30th for something that was suppost to have been cancelled as of Dec29th.
I signed up for it on Dec 28th and again told you i cancelled on the 29th and still got charged, not once but twice. Hopefully there will be a stop. If not i guess i will find out what the next step to take.
