Inc ripoff being charge for services never received.internet nationwide

We are being charge 20.55 a month for voicemail in which we dont have. I have called them before and they assured me they would cancel, but never did. The promotion was we'd recieve a free pager and voicemail. We never got the pager but this is still on our phone bill. I called today aug 27. To have it removed and all they played was a recording then hung up. Hope you can elp thank you
