We requested a particular flower design for shipping the next evening.in early stages the shipping day-we got a phone the specific agreement wasn't readily available for shipping in the local florist. We reluctantly decided to a despite the fact that we just requested out of this organization due to the unique flower design.

Late about the shipping day we named the client support quantity and (after a long store period) we were guaranteed they could be shipped by 5:30 that evening. They never came.

We called again, however the customer support point was shut for that evening
