I ordered flowers on Nov. 14th for delivery on the 28th. I was notified on the 27th the arrangement I had chosen wasn't available even though it was chosen based on availability by zip code. I reluctantly chose a "florist's choice" arrangement with promise of an on time delivery. I get a call tonight during CHURCH stating the arrangement wasn't delivered today as promised and that it will be delivered first thing tomorrow. I call them back and they're closed for the night. I am absoltely DISGUSTED with their HORRIBLE service and do not recommend anyone use them. I will be calling them tomorrow.
