Tracy Patzmann Severly Injured Cat During Grooming

On January 12th I took
my cat Sally to PAWS SALON at 6830 E. 5th Ave.in Scottsdale for her
grooming and lion cut. I should point out that Sally will be 15 years old on
Easter Sunday and has been getting groomed for over 10 years and is very
accustomed to the procedure, even the bath. When I left Sally with TRACY
PATZMANN, the owner, I was told shed be done in a couple of hours. A few hours
later I received a call from TRACY telling me that Sally was done but that she
got nicked during the grooming. At that point I wasnt concerned. However, as
the conversation progressed TRACY began making excuses for the nick stating
that Sally was skinny (she weighs close to 11 pounds) that she has thin skin
(???) that she was fussy, and eventually blaming the blade in the clippers.
When I picked her up the shop was busy and she was already in her carrier, I
paid the bill and left. When I got home I put the carrier on the floor, opened
the door and Sally came LIMPING out.
