This store and their employees need to take courses on Customer Service and being honest. Saturday, August 16, I purchased a used Washing Machine on a cash/credit only basis for 150.00 and paid 25.00 for delivery, assuming that it was still in good working condition.

I even asked the salesman, not knowing he was the manager at that time, if anything was wrong with the appliances. I asked why they were being sold in the front of the store. He stated they were just surplus appliances that needed to be sold as clearance.

When I proceeded to use this machine, I found the agitator did not work at all. I called the store and complained to the account manager, who stated I could not get another machine until Monday. I then asked to speak to the Store Manager, "He stated he had just ran a load of towels through the machine the day before it all worked well". I began to tell him that I wanted a replacement or my money back. He then stated he could not give me a refund until the machine was brought back into his possession. I explained that I needed a machine that day or else I could have took my business elsewhere.

He did send out another machine within 2 1/2 hours and to my dismay again, the second machine did not work either! This time the spin cycle was out-of-order. I called again and told them to come and get the piece of crap that they sold me, but they stated they were getting ready to close and would not have time. Things would have to be resolved on Monday.

Ok, here's Monday and they would send someone for pickup between 5:00-6:00 P.M. It was 6:15 and no pick-up, 6:30 pm. No pickup! By then I was furius and called the Account Manager to demand a refund before 7:00 Close of Business. I told him I did not appreciate playing games and stalling for a refund. I proceeded to the store for my refund.

During that time the driver finally came to my home for the washing machine at 7:00 P.M. Both managers did not offer an apology or any concerns about this entire ordeal. I did receive my refund, Thank God, but I will never purchase another appliance or item from this store or any other rental place again. People should not sell items if they know they are broken. And if you are in management position you should do your best to offer excellent customer service, even if it is a simple phone call of interest to the customer.
