Stolen gift card

Our name is Kathy Digiamo and that I am worrying about mandees providers. About 14 days after-christmas (not really) my kids gift-card for that quantity of 200.00 dollers to mandees was taken. Today they'd not avoid out the one which was taken and use it another card. They merely stated we dont do this anymore and hungup. Today I believe this is completley unjust and rediculous. I've my recpeit using the card number and anything. I'd appreciate if somebody returned in my experience the moment possible.
