Fortunefinders.com Website Scam - Don't Give Them Your Credit Card Information!

After authorizing a charge for $2.95 on the Fortune Finder website. Http://fortune-finders.com I was followed up by a call from this company from a "Asset Recovery Specialist" trying to up-sell me additional services, which I declined. I was told at that time that I would need to cancel these services by calling a separate 888 customer service line to do so. I called the number that very same day and was told by another rep at that number that my request was granted and that the services would cancelled. I later discovered a charge for $88.95 on my credit card statement. When I contacted Fortune Finders directly to dispute the charges I was told my dispute would be reviewed and to call back after 48 hours. I was told after that time that my charges were validated and they would not refund the money. This companys website is fraudulent I did not authorize the additional charges and quite simply their cancellation process is just a run-around to collect the additional monies once they have your credit card number.
