Charge my credit card twice on the same day. Having hard time getting refund. Read that this a scam

Fortune finders took out of my credit account 49.95 twice on October 2. I called credit card company and they gave me thier phone number. I call and was given the reason since they have all my information the charge was correct. I have never authorized this to be taken. I told them I wanted a refund that day and was told they would have to sned me a letter to do so. I call my credit card company about finding out that this is a scam company, they are sending me a new card and now I have to wait for that before I can use my card. This company took $99.00 from me and now they won't give the refund. This is not right that this company can get away with this.
