The bigger they get the bigger crooks they become

Foolishly I gave ATT another opportunity to earn back my busines (god only knows why). I told them up front that each and every contact I've had with them was a disaster. As soon as the installer left I switched companies (they control the phone numbers in our state and that really needs to be changed). Now they are trying to charge me $460 for a early termination. I told them upfront that it was a trial to see if they had all their problems resolved but they lie extremely well. Now they want to investigate. I have excellent credit but will never in hell pay these crooks. My advice would be to demand an email each time you have contact with them verifing what was said. The bigger they get the bigger crooks they become.
