Dwayne claimed to have connections with multiple car dealerships. He promised to make the necessary contact for me to contact the dealer. I found a car that I liked, gave Dwayne the money and I have been unable to contact him ever since. I have filed a complaint with the FBI, because this is crossing state lines and we need bigger now to fight this (Inappropriate Content Removed).
