Very bad job, unresponsive

Stanley Steamer 'washed' 4 places in my own home. None of the rugs were completed satisfactorily. I'd stated spots beforehand towards the team, however the spots kept. I had been ready to wash them by having an everyday supermarket place cleaner (Resolve) afterward, so that they must have had the opportunity to obtain them out! These were out and in in under an hour or so - I had been surprised for this type of small amount of time to complete 3 rooms, two models of carpeted steps, along with a basement rec-room flooring. I suppose today I understand why the task was so bad. Additionally, my emails whining went completely unanswered or recognized. For $350, exactly what a waste - particularly given that they just washed around furniture, therefore the real square footage was fairly little. NEVER AGAIN! I'll return to others which have provided definitely better support and outcomes. Must have never changed and provided them a try.
