Horrible company!

I recently experienced my carpets cleaned by these men plus they didn't consider enough time or work to wash my rugs. Our carpets DIDN'T appear definitely better and there have been ORANGE lines through my rugs. I named and talked using the supervisor Rob and he was REALLY rude by having an attitude informing me the period they used washing my rugs was a typical period AND EXPLAINED WHEN I NEEDED THEM RE-WASHED THAT I'd HAVE TO COVER THE SERVICE AGAIN!!! Incredible it was in my experience! I had been so furious I hung-up and certainly will NEVER use Stanley Steemer again! NOBODY should.
