Pechanga Casino in Temecula, Calif. GCA atm machines will rip you off. Tried to withdraw $300.00 from my account. Machine processed the transaction up until the point of dispensing the cash to me, the macine/computer shut down. Immediately went to the main casino cage to ask for assistance. They told me they did not own the machines and could not help me. Contacted my banking institution the next day. They investigated the best they could but, ultimately, it is my word against the atm company. Apparently this company is known for these practices at several casinos. So i am out $304.00.
