Jim and Rhonda Pla manage rental properties throughout Cairns. They have put their own concocted testimonials on their website to attract the unwary.
My own experience of them is that they befuddle the unwary with leases that do not come up the Qld. Standards and will pressure tenants to pay more rent.in my case, I contacted the landlord who nothing whatever of a rent increase. A friend of mine stated that when their lease expired, she wanted to go onto a month-to-month lease and was asked for more rent. She got lehgal advice and found that this was illegal. Jim Pla pulled in his horns.
Aboid these people like the plague.
