Never paid my husband, lied about home time, left him on the road to starve, told him if he came home his gas card would be cut off

CR England should be closed down they are liars and con-artists. My husband started driving for them right before thanksgiving of 2009. Today 1/11/10 he has not been paid one dime for his driving. He gets his paycheck every week with a big fat $0. He is a so called owner operator... He gets docked for his truck lease, then fuel that is suppose to be 1.25 per gal, but they make him pay full price.insurance fees and so on and so on... This company is a joke. He says if he quits they will report derogitory things to DOT... He needs to get out of this situation... He needs a real trucking job. If anyone can help or refer him to a honest job or company. I would be most grateful. Thanks,
