When canceling your account by callingthe 8006859354 they have no problem with canceling the account andrefunding your money of $149.95 but they will keep $35.00 as what they callmembership fees for processing the account. This is a rip-off of individualsmonies and the way the company keeps in business. They claim that they areproviding a service in allowing you the consumer to be able to re-establishcredit. Also, the company states that they will not beable to refund the monies for seven (7) days after they have confirmation thatthey were originally paid. My account was charged on January 8 andthe company states that they cannot refund until verification of the funds havebeen provided to them, which will be about January 15. The company may also be known as USA Platinum.
