USA Shopping Club $149.995 Withdrawn from my Savings Account!

Beware of Internet Fraud practiced by this company!

The company USA Credit also known as USA Shopping Club is scamming at it's best!

This company recently withdrew $149.95 from my savings account without any form of authorization.
I have never spoken to anyone at USA Credit/USA Shopping Club, nor have I ever applied to their site or even inquired about any type of membership or association with this company.

I feel for those who actually, knowingly sign up for a membership and get screwed out of their $. But, their are a lot of us who haven't even heard of USA Credit/USA Shopping Club until it shows up on our bank statements!

I have narrowed it down to a couple of possibilities of sites I have visited where I had used personal banking information (including my savings acct. Number) that may be associated with USA Credit/USA Shopping Club. After re-visiting these sites I found on a "terms and conditions" agreement for that site hidden all the way at the bottom of the page a tiny box in the bottom right corner of the page that was checked.

As I looked closely, in very small, very light text it exclaimed an acceptance of "terms and conditions" for membership to USA Shopping Club.By agreeing to the "terms and conditions" of the site I intended to use, I was also being entered into an agreement with them, without my knowledge.

Contacting the company is a dead end. They have no record of any fraudulent debits or illegal conduct. Because "you agreed" or "you applied". By not reading the fine, almost invisible text, hidden at the bottom of a web page, they can make these statements true!

This is a very shady business practice and people are are scammed out of their money all day every day by this type of con. I have read several reports on this site from others who have been scammed, and some from those defending USA Credit! This company may run a legitimate business upfront, but in back, they are scamming people across America out of thousands!

I am currently going through the motions with my bank to have the charge credited back to my account and using some of the reports posted on usacomplaints.com as further evidence as to the type of business this company practices.

I will not rest until I get my money back, my accounts will be changed and never used on-line again. The Internet is a marvelous thing for everyone, unfortunately, including scam artists.

So beware when "agreeing" to anything on-line. Make sure you read the entire page for hidden text or "checked boxes". It can cost you your hard earned money and a major headache!

My advice after getting your money back; is to join myself and others in reporting USA Credit/USA Shopping Club to the BBB as well.
