Hi everyone!

I have some good news. My bank got my money back from Royal Credit Resolution! I explained to my bank that I had put a stop payment on the check number that I had given to Royal Credit Resolution over the phone. Yet that the same day I came to the bank and put a stop payment on the check, they still managed to get the money out of my account.

I explained to my bank how I thought this was so unfair of them to charge my account 6 times of $30.00 dollars for everything that I purchased after they had let Royal Credit Resolution take the money out of my account. My bank explained to me that they did not come in with the same name that I had given to them, the name that they had given to me was Bank One and the amount was $296.00. I explained to my bank that it did not matter what the name of the company was but that the amount of $296.00 should have stopped them from letting them get my money. So they let me file an ACH to get my money refunded. I did receive my money back into my account on August 1. The bank also credited my account of the 6 times that they had charged me $30.00 dollars.

I thank God for letting me get all my monies back, and I pray that all of you will get your money back also. I suggest you all file a ACH with your bank and get your money back, do not wait too long so they can help you out. I am going to close my account and open up another one so they will not try to sneak in my account on a later date.
