Rip off, took 296 dollars out of my account, never sent credit card. Liars and thiefs Nationwide

I had applied online for a few credit cards to rebuild my credit and had gotten a phone call in June that I had approved for an unsecured $4,000 visa credit card with low interest and all I had to do was pay a one time fee of $296 that would come out of my bank account. They assured me that I would have the card before they would take the money out so I could use new credit card to pay for the one time fee of $296 dollars. They said I would have my card in one week. I too was leary cause I had heard of scams and stuff but I made sure to get names, numbers and everything. I thought I was being cautious!

So, 3 weeks later, nothing in the mail. Then I attempted to call them but was put on hold what seemed like forever before I was told that the database was out and to call tomorrow. This went on for weeks. They took the money out of my account and sent me nothing!

I had to call my bank and file a fraud report which took weeks, and my bank wanted me to call them and tell them that I did indeed file a fraud report and that I never received anything and I wanted all funds put back in my account immediately. This took another 3 weeks of being told that the datebase was down and being put on hold forever. They were three hours ahead of me too, so I had to call before 4:00 also.

To make a long painful story short, it took months but they finally put the money back in my account. I just want to stress that, do not EVER give out your bank account or personal info over the phone. Get it all in writing first, check out the business too.in fact it was dynamic credit services who first took my info and then gave it to Royal credit services. Keep trying and hang in there and learn from your mistakes. Trust me I did.
