Gift card stolen

On December 13th I ordred on Macy.com a $75.00 gift card for my relative being an additional Holiday present. The purchase was established and billed to my charge card. I named my relative and questioned if she acquired something and he or she said no. I named customer support on December 22nd plus they examined and after being on-hold for 45 units they stated the card have been utilized on December 20th inside Hearld Square Shop, in Ny. Our relative lives more than 300 kilometers out of this shop. The card was obtained by some worker of Macyis it never quit the shop. I named they stated a brand new gift-card might instantly be delivered. Well you know what after another ask December 28th customer support stated then business days. Named again on January 7th but still no card was delivered. They're performing like Iam some crook when Iam out the cash my relative doesn't have gift-card but among their very own workers got some merchanise. Really disappointed about that run-around.
